We at Zenexa work diligently towards delivering our customers the right products. Therefore we focus on product inspection and handle them carefully when packed and shipped. However, if, under any unforeseen circumstances, you receive any damaged/faulty products, then we request you accept our apology and reach out to our customer care team.
